Eden's Finalization & Michael W. Smith Concert

We were able to finally finalize Eden's adoption on Monday November 2. This process took a long time so it was great to finally have it all finalized and legal! We were able to celebrate with family and celebrate this special occasion. I considered entitling this post I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES, because Eden's adoption and how she came to our family is a miracle on it's own! How God chose her for our family and picked the right child for us is a miracle that we celebrate and stand in amazement of everyday. We also have another miracle we are still in shock over. My brother-in-law Rodney is miraculously doing well and God has worked an incredible miracle. Three weeks ago they told us he would only live a day to a week and here we are three weeks later with much improvement in him and awaiting for him to have a bone marrow transplant. There is a still a long road ahead but God has give us HOPE! Hope is specially because it is also one of Eden's middle names and something we had to have during our adoption process. So as we celebrate Hope here are some pictures of her finalization. We were also able to go the Michael W. Smith concert on Thursday in Sioux Falls. Ryan worked hard to get Rodney, Kerry, and the girls to get to meet him so that was fun and we got free front row tickets and enjoyed a great time of worshipping the Lord! Then last night we helped with the Katelyn's Fund auction and are in awe of how God is using this amazing ministry to help adoptive families with grants. Tomorrow we will celebrate Orphan Sunday with more activities through Katelyn's Fund and then back to God's work next week!
